Due to the fact that the Client planned to acquire 100% of the insurance company's shares in the amount of over 1 billion rubles, it was necessary to approve this transaction with the Federal Antimonopoly Service. BBNP specialists have collected and prepared the necessary documents. More than 40 annexes to the application for approval of the transaction were drawn up, and a list of the buyer's and the acquired company's groups of persons, schematic images of a group of persons, and cover and explanatory letters were prepared in accordance with the requirements of law and by-laws. The set of documents was successfully submitted to the Federal Antimonopoly Service to approve the deal.
